Not only did they spend all day on their vacation trying to trouble shoot a problem with us via texts, when the issue was still not fixed after hours of trying, owner came and figured it out on his time. We purchased our mobile and had been dealing with a severe blockage in our drain line, being a front kitchen mobile the run of drain pipe was 50' to the sewer connection.I called Valinstall and they booked me in within a week. Plumber came over, he was very polite and professional, he opened up the skirting and inspected belly to find the best solution for all.He ended up cutting into the drain and spent 4 hours clearing grease and grout deposited by previous owners/tenants. 2 blockages later and we have a functioning kitchen drain.Thank you for the prompt and professional service!
