Greatest experience ever!!! It was a Saturday after hours...our furnace stopped working(-15°C) while we were at work and our poor pets( dog and 2 lovebirds) were left in the cold. No local heating company would answer the phone. Roy called me back within 15mins and walked me thru, in great detail, what needed to be done in order to get out home heated again. He was so detailed and knew exactly what needed to be done for our type/make of furnace(installed 1993) I've never in my life dealt with such an understanding and helpful business owner.

Would recommend for sure. With this recent deep freeze I had water heater issues. Made the phone call in the morning, tech showed up to my house by the afternoon. The Service Technician Colton was super friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to inform me of the cause of the issue as well as recommendations to prevent from further issues. Super happy and definitely gained a customer here!

Woke up to the smell of what seemed like diesel exhaust, turned out to be the furnace, which I shut off. Called Roy's Heating and they were there the same morning. Great service and thank-you. Love your text updates and prompt invoicing as well. Great to know that you can pay on-line too.
