I was shopping for a moderately sized SUV; my preference was the RAV4. I had gone to other brand dealerships and a couple of other Toyota dealerships. I had done a lot of online research for brands, years and trimlines, I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted.
I had heard good things about High River Toyota previously and as I am a small-town girl at heart, I thought I would check it out. I recently purchased a RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid XSE from High River Toyota and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Carlos Medina was our sales representative and came highly recommended by a friend. Even though we’re from Winnipeg, he was incredibly helpful over the phone from the very beginning. Carlos was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, and whenever I called with follow-up questions, he was always quick to respond and provide helpful information.
Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, we asked whether they could assist with our travel expenses, as we would be flying from Winnipeg to Calgary to pick up the car. A special thanks you to Alex, the manager, for approving our airfare and hotel accommodation. That level of customer service was greatly appreciated and went above and beyond our expectations.
