Arlene is absolutely talented! she is truly gifted with how she does her work . She is able to heal & nurture the needs of a body, mind & soul. Her voice is calming & reassuring & is the most welcoming lady I know ! You wont leave without a smile after an appointment, she really does give her all into the work she does and loves it dearly !

I found the place !! I've wanted to rave about Arlene since I seen her in her studio in December! I had traveled to Alberta from Ontario to visit my son and family and he gifted me an hour and half massage with Arlene, well let me tell you this was no ordinary massage !! She works your body through things you were not even aware of , awakens truths and hidden truths...heals...and just creates such a great space to let it all go. She is truly a gift , and I'm forever thankful my son put her on my path ?? Breath work sessions with Arlene have been such a blessing for me. She creates an environment not only physically relaxing and professional but energetically blissful, loving and safe. This unique environment has allowed for so much amazing release of old, stagnant, and stuck energy for me. It’s helped me to feel so much peace during such a chaotic time in my life. One appointment I had; I went into it just a mess, broken down overwhelmed with negative thinking and after our breath-work session the only thoughts that came to mind were “All is well.” I highly recommend!
