Always go to Tip Top for my haircuts. My work doesnt allow me to book appointments, but Tip Top's drop in service is awesome! They don't keep you waiting long. Best part of all though is they take the time to cut your hair the way you like it and the prices are more than fair!! I always reccomend them to my family and friends.
