From the first person I spoke with helping me to set up my appointment, the amazingly talented Kirk who did my makeup, and all the lovely staff who helped me feel gorgeous while remaining genuine.
Once my service was over Kirk then helped explain some basics of makeup application to me and helped me find what I needed in the appropriate shade.
