I came in for a service and had amazing help every step of the way! From the first person I spoke with helping me to set up my appointment, the amazingly talented Kirk who did my makeup, and all the lovely staff who helped me feel gorgeous while remaining genuine. Once my service was over Kirk then helped explain some basics of makeup application to me and helped me find what I needed in the appropriate shade. Mad love and respect, I will be back!

I am transgender, MtF, and wandered into the GP Sephora. Unfortunately, For reasons, I was presenting male. Nevertheless, the service I received was amazing. Very polite and friendly. Very knowledgeable. And very open and accepting. The young lady helped me pick out foundations that suited me, Offered suggestions for other products, and made sure I felt welcome and well taken care of.
