Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the new FURNACE and CENTRAL AC units. PRO WEST did an excellent service ,a very friendly, professional and knowledgeable technician. I called few companies for the job estimated price of installation, Pro West (Danick) gives me a really good deal compare to other companies.Also the technician showed up the next day to install. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRO WEST COMPANY they did great service and I will definitely call them again in my other house to install CENTRAL AC.
I do not have enough good things to say about Pro-West. This company goes the extra mile to take care of their clients. From my first call inquiring about a furnace replacement and A/C install, to the completion of the job, these guys delivered timely, accurate, and friendly service that exceeded expectations.Highlights from my experience:-The quote came in less expensive then what I was expecting.-No sales pressure when making a decision.-My wife had come home to find the old furnace had stopped working, this was 45 minutes to closing time for Pro-west, they had a tech onsite in about 20 minutes which saved me a call out.-Pro-west had offered heaters for the night.-I...read full review
Last Spring we had an A/C installed. Very pleased with the service we received, they were prompt, knowledgeable, accommodating and the guys that came to our house were very friendly.
