Friendly staff, self serve dog wash is an inexpensive and easy way to clean your dog. I love that it's easy to get my dog in and I don't clog my own bathtub with all the fur my dog loses

I went looking for a product that other stores did not have, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, she took the time to show me all the products they had, we were able to find the right one.

This place has a great selection of food and treats for your dog. The only complaint I have is the employees as they seem to have no ambition to help. They stand behind the counter on their phones, or stand in groups chatting and when you go to ask for help they seem annoyed and act like it's an inconvenience. I also have called and asked if they had a product and they said no with out even going to look. Because the experience I have had in the past I checked online they said they had it went to go get it and sure enough it was there on the shelf. Instead of saying no the employee should have went to go check. She seemed annoyed I called to ask. Other than these things...read full review
