I can’t say enough good things about Pet Valu and especially Jackie! She has gone above and beyond in helping me with my Cane Corso, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with advice for my dog. I was struggling with food issues for a while, and Jackie took the time to listen, make suggestions, and walk me through options until we found the perfect fit.
She recommended the new kangaroo single-source protein food, and the difference has been incredible — my dog is happier, healthier, his coat is shinier, and his overall energy and wellbeing have improved so much. Jackie’s knowledge, patience, and genuine care make all the difference.

The lady's here are all amazing they allways welcome us as we come in and are very knowledgeable with our DOG I am so great full for the lady today I don't get payed tell Friday and whent to see if they could help me until payday somehow and the lady behind the counter offered to pay for some food until I could come pay day to pay her back and get food you know who you are thank you so much
While looking for a harness for our cat, we stopped by this store and it was the right choice.
The store employee was very friendly and helpful and her advice was professional. And after a short training with treats, our cat enjoys walks outside with a leash.
