I don't normally review places like this as I know it can vary so much, but I had such a great experience I want to share.
I get ultrasounds regularly to monitor a condition I have. I’ve gotten them done all over, in many different cities across the country and other places locally. This was by far the best experience I’ve had.
The staff members at the front desk were friendly, but the technicians (I can’t remember their names, one was a male finishing his practicum and the other was a woman supervising) were AMAZING. I recently visited Peace Diagnostic Imaging in Grande Prairie for an ultrasound appointment. The process from booking to the procedure itself went smoothly. The imaging staff were professional and put me at ease with their competence and clarity—especially appreciated during a moment of personal worry.
