I love the yoga classes there. I also rented to the space to host my own Ecstatic Dancing workshop. They are so friendly there and it feels so homie. Today I found out they have a whole upstairs full of clothes for sale, Boho style, athletic wear, their own merch, and some unique pieces. I highly recommend checking this place out.

This is the most inviting comfortable studio I have ever went to. With all inclusive yoga and one of kind top quality retail. It is a store that I find all my favourite pieces and super size inclusive. The owner is kind and helpful and is always there to answer questions or advice and it is honestly the number one yoga studio in Grande Prairie. Well done ?

Excellent space and wonderful instructor. Would go again.Tried Yin class which is like a restorative class.All bolsters and blocks provided, extra mats available as well. Or bring all your own items.Mats, bolsters, and clothes available for purchase.
