Nice enough people but tried too hard to upsell lemon shit thst I didn’t need like made me feel stupid for having dirty power steering fluid when my vehicle wasn’t hardly running proper . Like why do I care about the steering if it’s not even going to start.. and told him the steering was fine . Kept calling me boss like 15,000 times . Did not like that either . But his manager did save me money on a service I didn’t need and then saved a bit on the oils change itself so gotta give em 4 stars.
First time doing oil change with them, it was a deal weekend [50%] understood the wait as everybody wanted discount. but as soon as I get in BAY2 I felt how knowledgeable [in & out] and friendly their technicians are plus the fact that most of them are filos/pinoy [feel at home and at ease]. Kudos to all kabayans working there. I'll definitely be back! and recommend them. Thanks for the good service.
Everything was great! Awesome job! Just be aware.. they carfax your odometer reading to insurance companies. Not cool if you have multiple vehicles that are same make n model and the wrong one is put in the system. Good luck fighting with insurance if you suffer a collision or theft etc.
