Where to begin! Well let’s start about the quick customer service call back I received from Jeremy originally when I reached out over J&D Western Electric Ltd Facebook page. I reached out and within an hour Jeremy responded to my message in regards to myself looking for electrical work to be done on my acreage. After planning and scheduling a time to complete the work (which was the same week!) Jeremy and his team came to complete all the work quickly, efficiently and professionally with progress and completion photos. The scope of work was to remove existing work and install new pot lights. Once I arrived home that evening I realized that there was 4 inch pot lights installed in my living and dining room and 6 inch pot lights installed in my kitchen. Although the new lights looked fantastic and super bright and we made a plan to have the new pot lights fit the existing holes I observed the decision of what 6 inch pot lights would look like throughout. Due to my poor communication skills and understanding of the work being done Vs what I thought was going to happen Jeremy quickly responded to reach out and negotiate to come back and change out the 4 inch pot lights to 6 inch pot lights to match the new ones that were currently installed. This was all completed the very next Monday! With this being done And because of the quick and professional work that was completed I asked to have 2 more lights added if they had time. At this time Colin with J&D reached out to me to schedule a time and we went back and forth with photos of work and what was to be completed. When I got home all lights looked amazing and work done was completed. The techs left no mess and were very thorough and accurate with the completion of work. Overall super thankful and appreciate of the hassle I put these guys through to complete such a what I thought “simple” task to only make it more complicated for them. But in the end the customer service and professionalism remained 110%! I would highly recommend J&D Western Electrical Ltd over and over again for these simple reasons. Jeremy is so wonderful and efficient. I called him tonight because I had no power and he went above and beyond for me. I had power within half an hour. That was him finding the part I need (which was not easy) and driving to Clairmont and putting it in for me. What an amazing company and the dedication he has for people is magnificent.
