I would like to thank Gord for his amazing customer service. I called about an issue I was having with my air conditioner. Gord proceeded to give me some suggestions of what to check and do to help resolve the issue rather than sending someone to come and take a look at it for a call-out fee. I 💯% appreciated that. We still may need to have them come in, but appreciated that we could do some of the troubleshooting ourselves when it could be an easy fix.
