They go above and beyond to accommodate to help people, always checking it to make sure I’m doing good, always update me on new pre approval loans. Very happy, amazing people to deal with.
Staff at easy financial were great. Very friendly.The only thing I think was overboard is the appraisal and what they required before getting a secured loan.This is something new within the last 2-3 years, FYI if you have a modular/trailer make sure you have anchors installed on all 4 corners or they will decline your application!!!
I have been working with easyfinancial services for several years. I was able to rebuild my credit with their help. Loans received and then paid off have been easily handled.This time I wanted to lower my interest rate while applying for additional funds. Their newest employee was in training and helped me with this. She was very quick to get answers if she did not know them and because I have moved to Edmonton since last loan, had to go above and beyond to set up an appointment locally after everything else was ready. Thank you to both ladies who helped (trainee & trainer). You made this difficult financial moment easier to sail thru.I appreciate all that you have done...read full review
