Nice store. The roving sales associates can get annoying. If you are shopping for a future future purchase, you won't get much help. Displays are nice. Best Buy has a large selection of products. Parking is good. Location is good.

I had an excellent experience with DINESH at Best Buy Mobility! He was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Dinesh took the time to understand what I needed, explained all the phone and plan options clearly, and made sure I got the best option for my needs without feeling pressured. His customer service was outstanding, and he went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s employees like Dinesh who make a great difference in the customer experience. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend DINESH at Best Buy Mobility GRANDE PRAIRIE to anyone looking for pretty great deals… read full review
