I went in buying a phone knowing nothing but thankfully my sales girl was absolutely amazing. She was patient and explained everything! She ended up explaining a deal, which I got. She clearly knew her stuff and spoke confident. She was absolutely amazing. So friendly and easy to get along with. I didn’t feel pressured into buying other things despite her telling me about the financing and gift cards. It didn’t feel forced. 5/5 service, and staff. Went into this location to buy a new monitor I saw online but I couldn’t find it until one of the associates named Peace helped look all throughout the store to find it for me. She was very transparent and helped answer any questions I had about the monitor. I would shop here again due to this positive experience.
