We went into the store to buy a TV and had the worst experience for the first 15 minutes no body was helping and one of the staff even lied to my face about being busy when i saw her on her phone; however, a young man named Graham came by and he made the experience go from never wanting to go back in, to leaving smiling and happy. Graham is the pinnacle of customer service. If you are needing help in the home theatre department no one other than Graham is worthy of your time!
