My daughter and I just got our nails painted and I specifically told them we did not want manicures. they ended up doing a manicure on my daughter and when I went to pay I asked them how it was that much and he informed me that my daughter got a manicure. My nails aren't fully covered in color and I can see white in some spots (I got red nails) they are super friendly, but communication needs to get better. $100 and I'm not impressed one bit. update: a week in and 4 nails have flaked right off.
Quality of manis and pedis are spectacular, business is clean and modern, little weird though that no one will talk to me, each time I go in the employees just talk to each other in another language. Not sure if that's a normal thing now? Pretty much every mani pedi spa I go to is starting to feel like that. I may be a little old school but I feel like if I spend $80 to get a 45 minute spa service done, I want to feel a little more important as a customer to the employees and have some sort of conversation and eye contact.
I showed up over half hour early for my appointment and she got me in right away. Definitely the best waxing experience I've ever had. She was SO fast and thorough and with minimum pain! Definitely recommend and will be back when I'm in town.
