Had a windshield replaced last week. My truck was returned to me clean with new wipers to boot! Fast friendly services even though I was 30 mins late for my appointment! They also found a mechanical error that was made by another shop! 100 % recommend All West Glass Quesnel!
About All-West Glass Grande Prairie
All-West Glass, with locations across Alberta and Northwest Canada, offers a wide range of automotive, residential, and commercial glass products and services. With over 50 years of experience, they have the knowledge and expertise to meet specific glass needs.
However, there have been some complaints about their windshield replacement service. A customer mentioned having issues with their headliner after getting their windshield changed three times, and plans to contact ICBC regarding the damages. The owner reportedly blamed it on the string used and manufacturing issues with the headliner.
On the other hand, All-West Glass has received high praise for their window and door services. Customers have commended their competitive prices, outstanding service, and attention to detail. One customer was impressed with the professional, friendly, and efficient service they received when their basement window and front door glass were replaced.
In summary, All-West Glass offers a wide range of glass products and services, but experiences with their windshield replacement and headliner repair have varied. Meanwhile, their window and door services have received positive feedback for their competitive pricing, professionalism, and excellent craftsmanship.

Houston, B.C. Location: Mark is all that AND a bag of chips. He’s fixed my rock chips quicker than you can even say “rock chip”, and he did my first-ever windshield replacement. He went above and beyond making sure my reminder stickers made it from my old windshield to my new one, he vacuumed the front mats, and he even threw in an air freshener. Truly an awesome experience, especially when making a claim! Some shops seem not to care as much about their claim work as they do their other work, but not this one. Mark treats everyone and every job equally. I’ll happily return, and I’ll recommend this shop to anyone who’ll listen. Thank you Mark, and Mark’s crew. You guys rock!
All-west Glass vanderhoof, I Would never go there to get a windshield changed again. 3rd time changing it after previous 2 cracked, now have a ripped headliner and black glue wiped on white headliner and glue sticking out 1/4" inside window. Will be contacting ICBC about the damages. Owner blamed it on the string they use and manufacturing issues with the headliner. Have talked to others with the same issues as well. Highly recommend Omineca Glass in Vanderhoof if you need glass.
