My daughter had a teen girl cut with Bailey who is an apprentice. She said she was so kind and easy to talk to, was honest about her skill and took it slow on her bangs which turned out great. My daughter appreciated Bailey's openness about her experience as an apprentice and that she was very intentional. My daughter is loving her new hair and loved having Bailey cut it. It was our first time to Urban Studio, it's nice and clean, it's beautiful and welcoming. Everyone we talked to was kind. Definitely will be our go to spot from now on.
