I went in for a facial today, and while the experience had some ups and downs, I did notice my skin felt a bit dry and irritated afterward. There was also a strong latex smell from the gloves used, which was a little uncomfortable. As well as the service and the room being freezing I’m hopeful that with some improvements, my next visit will be even better. I look forward to coming back!”
