I own a condo and am on the board of directors .our building is old, and we have multiple water damage issues each year .our best solution was to go with more durable flooring .flexible luxurious vinal planking was the solution .the best solution for cleanlyness durability resale value, and can indure many water mishaps. I like mine. The continuous flow of seamless space throughout the apartment allows or easy clean up with my robot floor vacuum .Another bonus is not having to steam clean at at 500 to 1000 dollars a time every time a Tennant moves .luxury vinyl planking is the best condo solution .
