Not recommended for seasoned miners. Lack of knowledge lack of job planning. Lack of supportMaintance not very good. Lucky to have 2 sub contractors service trucksPart replacement mechanics cant fix or make things work. Head a maintance won’t fix broken seats in equipment or simple light bulbs high hopes for the new superintendent but above him zero. Very disorganized. Some nice people, but nothing you can rely on. Shifts change, layoffs, poor production systems, too much expectation of people run in every direction. They need organization, and good leadership, but just dont have it. Stressfull workplace. Would not work there again.
