I am extremely pleased with your company. I called Friday afternoon with an A/C that was not working. I was not expecting any help until Monday due to the heat rolling in but was pleasantly surprised when your tech called and fit me in before end of day Friday. He was able to diagnose and fix my problem fast and got my a/c back up and running before the heat wave. Thank you for your prompt and professional service. Highly recommended.

The team you sent went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of , they were kind and hard working, the apprentice on the job was very appreciative to be working with your company and I highly recommend to anyone needing your services . I just want to thank you guys again and I’ll be scheduling an apt in the fall to make sure my furnace is ready to go for a brutal winter . great Job guys !!!

I recently reached out because of a furnace issue at my house (never fun during a cold snap). My call was answered quickly and professionally and I was on the books for a next day appointment (and given the option of an immediate call-out, too!).A technician arrived the next day, and he was pleasant and took the time to explain everything he had to do to assess the issue. He also gave me a couple of different options for resolution. I really appreciated how I was treated, from the initial call onwards. Prompt & professional! I'll certainly be recommending Climate Control to my friends and neighbours!
