I was stopped in Edson for a couple of days in the middle of a two week motorcycle road trip. I needed the suspension adjusting. The staff at FPS couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating.

The best service experience i have had for my ATV. Staff was friendly and got my machine fixed up and running in amazingly short time .

I had to get me klr towed there for some warranty work, while in the cab of the tow truck I recieved a call that I had lost my job. The entire team was very understanding and accommodating even allowing me to install my crash bars on the little bit of concrete not covered in snow right out from a loading door. They were also very reasonable on their prices for service and didn't charge a full hour unless they used a full hour.
I had to go back due to an oil leak and they ended up leaving me with an oil change on the house as well as preventative maintenance knowledge. I'm very thankful for the time they took to teach me the skills in order to prevent any issues like… read full review
