The wheel bearing in my truck blew up and left us stranded in Edson. Fountain Tire immediately helped us out without hesitation. They tried everything they could to help get us on the road but due to a nearly obsolete and difficult part to find we would've had to stick around for a few days to wait for it. We had to get back to our home (4 hours away) as quick as possible and called for a tow. The staff at Fountain Tire happily let us hang around for the entire day until the tow truck showed up. We are so grateful for their kindness and patience. Thank you Fountain Tire Edson for being amazing people!
We stopped by as we had an issue with one of the wheels on our travel trailer. The staff were so helpful, fit us in with a very short wait, pulled the wheel and discovered the bearing buddy had popped off. Everything was cleaned up, put back together and we were in the road within an hour. All that help and no charge - amazing! 11/10 - beyond expectations.
Amanda was AMAZING!! We got a flat tire on our trailer halfway between Edson and Hinton and weren't sure what we were going to do. My husband called Fountain Tire in Edson, and Amanda went above and beyond for us. She found four trailer tires, installed them herself, and had us back on the road within the hour! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience. We can't thank her enough and would highly recommend her!
