I wasn't expecting such a fast reply and turnaround, but Zoom replied to my Friday email (after closing hours) on the weekend and got me in first thing Monday. Darcy was really nice and gave me a summary of what was wrong/costs within a couple of hours. He was also good at explaining things as well. At pickup, Tony was very good about explaining what I should be on the lookout for, and what I could do. They are extremely honest, and I really appreciate their efforts. Thank you so much, I will be back and tell others about your excellent service!
The service at Zoom auto is exceptional. I have always been treated professionally, and the mechanics will text you with a quote and repairs, and be responsive when you have questions about the services being provided.
