Had a great experience, Ryan the salesman and Krystel in finance were wonderful. They made sure to get me in the exact vehicle I wanted and went over everything throughly so I understand all the paperwork and warranty. Was a great and quick experience from start your Finnish.
excellent service and communications. Only problem was timing. I booked well ahead of the date and arrived early but the work was not done same day as planned. Had to do pick up next day.
I needed a vehicle in a hurry, I was a little impatient, wanted to see vehicles, test drive quickly, and get financing sorted asap on a late Sunday afternoon, not ideal but I had a new car in a day in half. I’m sure if it was an early weekday morning my salesperson probably could’ve made it happen on the same day. Mike Aloneissi at Waterloo Ford was great to deal with and he understood the urgency which I really appreciated.
