From the start of the flooring project I met with Markus/Project Manager-Partner, who went above and beyond coming to the house to assist me in selecting carpet. He showed interest and took the time making me feel as if my home were his! The 3 installers who came out were real craftsmen; excellent at their trade - professional, friendly, hard-working and respectful of my property - going above and beyond to help move a commercial treadmill! I would highly recommend and/or use World Floorcoverings in the future.
