In October 2021, there was an unfortunate kitchen accident, which caused a lot of water damage. The entire main floor of my home, had to have the floors replaced. Service Master was assigned to the insurance claim & they recommended using World Floor Coverings, to replace the floors. My husband & I went to the showroom for World Floor Coverings & met with Mike the owner & Lauren the interior designer. Mike was fantastic to deal with, Service Master sent him over the measurements of our flooring. Mike asked us questions of what type of flooring we were looking, are usage, lifestyle, etc.. Mike was fantastic at answering all of our questions & making suggestions. Mike then introduced us to Lauren the interior designer. She was great. We had brought in a sample of the old flooring & pictures of our home. Lauren helped us figured out, what type of flooring would be best for our family & look amazing in our home. Lauren was also great at asking us questions & answering all of our questions too. On the day of install, Val installed the flooring. Val does beautiful work. His work was very clean, neat & professional. He did a fantastic job. He’s a true professional. My husband & I absolutely love our new floors. We are so happy, with our choice. When we go to finish our basement, we will for sure be using WFC for the floors. Oh and the new floors, are dog approved by Jake & Marley. Thank-You to the team at World Floor Coverings!
