I have to echo the sentiments of the poster Kailee P. that is EXACTLY how i was treated at Dr. Zimmerman's as well. I left feeling like that woman didnt even really address what was causing me shoulder pain.. it almost feels scripted some of the things she tells you. for 200$ including the bs initial assessment I will never be going here again. Please stop sending me a postcard in the mail about my future appointments ms Zimmerman, there's a reason I never went back after the first time. There are a plethora of chiropractors in Edmonton. This one is overpriced, impersonal and vaguely helpful. I joined Yelp just to write this review the experience was that poor.

I went to go see Dr. Zimmerman because of the great review she received on yelp. At first, I was thrilled to see her. The first visit was OK- she was getting to know me and it seemed like she was eager to help. After that, I noticed a big change. The great thing about her office is that you don't have to wait long to walk in. But, as easy as it is to walk in, so it is leaving, as well. I've noticed that, because I'm a seemingly "for life" patient, when I do see her, it's like 5-10 min max, get in, get out and she's pushing me out the door. Dr. Zimmerman is the only chiropractor I trust. And I don't have "trust issues" or "chiropractor issues", in case you're wondering. After seeing another chiropractor for months, and spending hundreds of dollars on adjustments, undergoing X-rays, and purchasing belts, blocks, and other contraptions at his recommendations, Dr. Zimmerman was able to get rid of my pain within just a few visits. But more importantly, she's helped me prevent the re-occurrence of the cause; I now see her once every couple of months or so, after an improper head stand or a heavy snowfall.
