Absolutely the place to go for a pool education! I brought in a water sample and followed the written recommendations and my pool was balanced in just over 24 hours. I’ll never waste another dollar on an internet suggestion.

We’d been struggling with chemical balancing in our new pool. We were never taught or shown how to use our system. On a suggestion from a friend brought in a pool sample to Watson’s to see if they could help. Right away Gail did some testing and had the manager Shane come out to see the equipment and explain everything to me. Gail then proceeded to show me what was going on and exactly what to do to help balance the chemicals. Pool was being a bit difficult and when needed Shane contacted the hardware company (Hayworth) to get extra info and help.
