I am a new pool owner struggling with green algae this year and I finally took my water sample in to the folks at Watson Pools and they were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Gail analyzed my water and let me know how to fix it and Shayne reviewed my entire setup and was so patient with all my questions and my general lack of pool knowledge. By the time I left I felt confident that for the first time this summer I could handle this. We purchased a house with an inground pool 3 yrs ago. For 2 summers we were using another company for water sampling and spending countless dollars chasing the perfect water chemistry. We’d go in weekly and every single time they’d tell us we need to adjust this, that or the other and it was a non stop cycle of adding chemicals all summer. We were fed up and decided to try Watson pool this year and it’s a night and day difference!
