If I could give 10 stars I would!!
We’d been struggling with chemical balancing in our new pool. We were never taught or shown how to use our system. On a suggestion from a friend brought in a pool sample to Watson’s to see if they could help. Right away Gail did some testing and had the manager Shane come out to see the equipment and explain everything to me. Gail then proceeded to show me what was going on and exactly what to do to help balance the chemicals. Pool was being a bit difficult and when needed Shane contacted the hardware company (Hayworth) to get extra info and help. After a miserable experience somewhere else, I was worried that I wouldn't find knowledgeable people who are willing to help. I couldn't have been more wrong! Gayle and Shane are absolutely amazing! Shane is very accommodating and understanding of my limited knowledge and Gayle is a chemistry wizard! I am so thankful to have them in my corner to make sure our pool is always beautiful, clean and safe!

This place is one of the best Shayne And all the employees are very professional and very helpful and very compassionate. I bought a place with a pool a year ago so I am totally new to this side of the world and these guys explained everything in detail to me and the biggest thing is they fixed my pool very quickly for me as I had a different POOL Guy before finding Watson pools and the other company left me hanging in a mess as I was trying to get my pool up and running again as it developed a leak and I just had complete hip surgery and the pool was doing fantastic for my recovery And I was unable to use it for a month as they never called or came back to try again...read full review
