The space is clean. The ladies are organized. The team welcome you as soon as you enter. I booked in advanced and was taken in on time. This particular visit I booked a pedicure. They have an impressive range of colors to choose from for every season. If you are in need of a pick me up, book a pedicure. I have sensitive, fatigued feet and am prone to cuts. Carolyn worked diligently ensuring I did not leave with any cuts. They use clean tools and replace items like files for each guest. They do not use tools that resemble a grater for cheese. I have never complained about a nail service before but I am sorry, I was not pleased. The color is not bad but the cleanup I was surprised. She used an airbrush and I have color and glue all over my skin around the nails. She said it will come off and yes, I get that. Am I not paying for nice, clean, nails? What if I was going to an event? Show up with sloppy looking nails? I'm sorry but I won't be coming back.

I absolutely appreciate the atmosphere and care they take. Kim is incredibly kind and gives off such calming energy. Not only that but she was absolutely amazing! If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I totally would.
