I was looking for a new screen protector they threw in a phone case for me for a cheaper per price to make sure my phone was protected and they offered to give me a $10 screen protector. Next time I come in because it seriously $20 and I do recommend them because of the audio service in their willingness to talk to the guest and I trust them. I have not gotten my phone fixed by them, but they are honourable people which I do recommend I’ve had no bad experience and what is how kind they are it’s some thing I do recommend because I do trust how they are. Literally had my S9 ran over. Went to the Southgate Mobile Klinik for repair, but couldn't help me. So they sent me to the South Common location. Dealt with a Balraj. Exception service!! Speaking with other multiple mobile places, they said my phone was impossible to retrieve anything off. Not only did Balraj get my data back, he ordered new screen & backing to get it working again. Yes I did buy a new S23, but getting my old phone back in working condition along with all my photos, WOW! I thought I lost everything. Not that I get my phone ran over all the time, but any repairs in the future I will be going back to them. Specifically Balraj! Thanks again.

Brought my phone in with liquid damage. They cleaned the phone and quoted the parts needed to be repaired to get my phone fixed. Decided to bring my phone elsewhere for the repair due to time restrains while traveling. They said "They weren't able to fix the phone so there's no fee" which was pretty amazing.
