I can’t say enough good things about Kit and Ruth at our local Laser Toner Center! They completely saved us from having to throw away our six-month-old, $800 printer after Staples refused to honor the warranty.
Kit came out and had the issue fixed in a fraction of the time it took me just to stand in line at Staples .... and that was after lugging a 50-lb printer across the store! He was professional, quick, and clearly knows his stuff.
Ruth was fantastic to deal with.... super friendly, helpful, and made coordinating everything easy. The whole experience was smooth, fast, and honestly such a relief.
