Ashley was very polite. All the people were very polite as far as I was concerned she did a great job. She worked on my beard and we had to go again on a beard to get the satisfaction that she and I wanted she Done my hair it could’ve been a little bit shorter, but I could live with it. I’d recommend going to this place to anyone.

I always have enjoyed the experience at Tommy Guns to now I bring my sons with me and make it a part of our time together. The atmosphere is enjoyable and my stylist is always welcoming. I would recommend Tommy Guns and I do to all my friends.

Chailee was awesome. 100% would recommend. She knows what she’s doing and is very friendly/conversational. Best haircut i’ve ever gotten!

Frustrating i have to change my review. I visited this location a few months back and i had one if the best experiences i ever had. She did a great job with confidence in a timely matter. So I went back, my mistake for not calling and trying to get the same hair dresser. I decided to walk in. Waited 30 mins for the next available spot no big deal. But the haircut and shave took 2 hours total. This is a very long time. Plus she cut my ear open. They knocked 10 bux off and I still left a tip out of the goodness of my heart. But I had the night and morning to think aboit it and ultimately i am irritated with the experience

The service has become extremely mediocre. I asked for a “zero zero” haircut and clearly explained that I wanted it like a bowling ball — completely smooth. Instead, I received just a very short clipper cut with visible stubble all over my head.
On top of that, the barber charged me for the full package, including a hair wash, even though my hair wasn’t washed at all.
Overall, the service I received did not match what I requested or what I paid for. Very disappointing — the high staff turnover is definitely affecting the quality.
