I have had several massages here and, unfortunately, have had some disappointing experiences. On two occasions, the same therapist smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I also found her communication style to be quite blunt and unwelcoming.
During my most recent appointment, she entered the room about five minutes after my scheduled start time and then ended the treatment approximately five minutes early, which left me feeling shortchanged.
On another visit, a customer brought a child who was yelling and screaming throughout the entire 60-minute session. While I understand that situations arise, the noise significantly impacted the relaxing environment I was expecting from a massage appointment.
Overall, I feel there is room for improvement in both professionalism and maintaining a calm, relaxing atmosphere for clients.

Friendly staff. I forget the name of the lady who did my nails but she was so detailed and did an amazing job. I left with princess nails. I absolutely will be back to try their other services

I had one of the best facial experiences ever today with Aya at Soothing Relief Massage Spa. I had a Hydrafacial, and from the moment I walked in, the care and hospitality from the staff were amazing. They made me feel right at home. Absolutely amazing clinic! The staff is so welcoming and professional, and the facials are incredible. Amy and Ayah are both amazing at what they do, my skin always feels refreshed and glowing after seeing them. The massage therapists are all wonderful as well. Been going here 10 years and wont go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I recently seen Israel for the first time a couple of weeks ago. My usual therapist wasn’t available so I booked with her. She was fantastic, she applies the right amount of pressure and continually follows up to ensure you are comfortable.
