At two years old we decided to have our Golden Retriever Sam’s first professional grooming. The Company Owner Brian recommended Mackenzie to do the job. Sam is somewhat spoiled and at times can be quite a handful so we were very nervous about getting the work done.
We need not have worried as everything went far better than we could have hoped. Not socialized to people, environment or animals Sam could have had big problems.
Mackenzie was terrific with her. He said that Sam considering it was her first grooming was actually pretty manageable and more importantly was respectful of the other dogs.
Been going to Pampered Puppy for all our dogs (Goldens, German Shepherd and now our Bernese Mountain Dog) for years. They have treated all our babies wonderfully and the dogs come out looking so clean and happy!

I have gotten my dog groomed here multiple times since I have had him and everytime was a wonderful experience at the Pampered Puppy. I have gone to the West end and Downtown locations and both treated him as a little angel. I have a Mini Australian shepherd and they were easily able to accommodate for his coat and shedding of his winter and summer coats. Thank you I will be back !
