Me and my whole family has been coming to this office for years. They have always been professional. The dentists and hygienist are all knowledgeable and experienced. The front staff are courteous, respectful and warm. They always remind me of my appointments and are always helpful in trying to explain if I have to pay anything in my upcoming appointments. I always recommend them to my family and friends. I will not go anywhere else!

What I appreciate from my emergency visit are: 1. They open in the weekend 2. They took me in for an emergency appointment in the same day. My gum is swollen because of infection. 3. They let me know at front what they going to do and how much it will cost me. 4. They asked me what happened and only do a necessary procedure. ie: 2 different X-ray for gum and tooth. If I said tooth hurt, they will do X-ray for tooth. If I said gum hurt, they will do X-ray for gum. 5. Thank God, I don’t wait for a very long time at that time. In and out about 45 minutes.

I had an excellent experience at The Dentists at Northgate. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away as a new patient. The nurses and the entire team were professional, caring, and very attentive, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt at ease. The service was perfect from start to finish, and the overall atmosphere was warm, positive, and reassuring. I truly appreciated the amazing care and support and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care with a compassionate team.
