Amazing customer service by Sherry! They are very respectful and kind. My clothes were contracted to this dry cleaning shop from a tailor so I was not directly assisted by them but I am beyond happy I was helped by Sherry.

We've been using this dry cleaner for over 8 years—not because it's the closest to home, but because it’s been convenient and the service has generally been good. The owner, on the rare occasions I've interacted with her, has always come across as kind and professional.
However, over the past couple years, we’ve noticed a consistent pattern of disrespectful and dismissive behavior from one of the staff members. I dropped off my winter coat and my husband's sweater for cleaning. They did an excellent job and was ready for pickup on time. Will always go there if I need dry cleaning.
