I have been coming over 15th to 20 years to this location. I’ve had no issues Until they switched ownership. Not only was the employee not willing to listen to me, but quite rude about it when asking about dry cleaning my dress shirts, which I’ve done numerous amount of times with laundering versus dry cleaning she informed me that not only has their prices increased, but refused to do my shirt the way I have always done them If I could give a negative one star/5 star review, it would be still too good for this establishment Sorry to see the previous owners go along with the previous employees they should really think about getting into a different business if that’s the way they’re going to run theirs

Apparently it is okay keep the open for business sign flashing but only to have the door locked with a note on the door back at 2:45..are they or are they not open you decide

They are now owned by Gellibrands and no longer do any of the work on site. That’s always a huge red flag for dry cleaning. Previous owner retired. The better owner. They are now just there to collect the item and send it away at this location. I brought a stained blouse there and I had to wait 2 hours past the time it was supposed to be ready because the older gentleman driver still hadn’t brought it back to this location!! I had to stay past closing, and it still had the stain on it! They used to be good but I can no longer recommend.

Amazing customer service by Sherry! They are very respectful and kind. My clothes were contracted to this dry cleaning shop from a tailor so I was not directly assisted by them but I am beyond happy I was helped by Sherry.

We've been using this dry cleaner for over 8 years—not because it's the closest to home, but because it’s been convenient and the service has generally been good. The owner, on the rare occasions I've interacted with her, has always come across as kind and professional.
However, over the past couple years, we’ve noticed a consistent pattern of disrespectful and dismissive behavior from one of the staff members. She is never welcoming, often appears irritated before we even enter, and her attitude toward customers is consistently unpleasant. Unfortunately, our most recent experiences have left us feeling so uncomfortable that we've decided not to return.
For example, on one occasion I asked about a stain on a coat, hoping for some advice on whether it could be removed. Rather than even looking at it, the staff member walked away to fold shirts. When I asked if she wanted to take a look, her response was, “I heard you said there is a spot. I don’t need to see it.” On another visit, when a tool she was using didn’t work, she tossed it down in front of us in frustration. These are just a couple of examples.
It’s disappointing to leave after being a loyal customer for so many years, but consistently unprofessional behavior makes it hard to continue. I hope this feedback is received constructively, as the business itself has potential and a history of good service.

I dropped off my winter coat and my husband's sweater for cleaning. They did an excellent job and was ready for pickup on time. Will always go there if I need dry cleaning.

First time coming here, just needed to drop off dress pants for dry cleaning.. Showed up at 6:01 pm and they close at 6:00 pm. Understandable… however, the woman was right in front of the door ignoring my existence. So I knocked, because who knows right lol. She looks at me at me and pints at her clock and turned her back. Quite rude to be honest. 1 star and won’t be back. Cheers
