I got my acrylic nails done today at this studio nails. I appreciate the fact that they agreed to pre-pone my appointment for today instead of tomorrow. Firstly i am okay to pay as much as the cost of services, but if they are done in a timely and efficient manner. The lady who did my nails didn’t get what i told her, she was arguing with me about the colour and the shape of the nails. It has been 5 yrs since I have been getting my nails done, and the shape i prefer has been constant, but she messed up my nails, did not complete the entire design i asked for and charged me $70 for just regular polish! The most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I’ve been getting my nails done for many years, and this was my first time trying this place after my sister and a few friends had been here.
The technician who did my shellac manicure left my nails looking like they had been painted by a child. When I politely pointed out the issues and asked if she could fix them, she blamed the nail polish color I chose and even my nails instead of addressing the poor workmanship.

PUBLIC HEATH ALERT! I purchased my daughter a manicure at this location and they ground and filed her natural nails down so far that she was in pain, her real nails peeled off and she ended up with bleeding and infection in her fingers. She could not even touch a keyboard or close her hand for weeks. We have reported them to the Health Department. They should be shut down. The staff person was not properly trained.
