They do a good job but EVERY single tech is rude and their boss pushes them to upsell constantly.Ive been coming to this nail place consistently for almost 10 years until COVID hit. Then is was once a year.I'm in a place now where I can to treat myself so I came in here today just wanting my nails painted. The staff was more rude than what I'm used too. The boss seemed really mad I only wanted polish. My tech tried to upsell me but I didn't need /want anything else. This seemed to make my tech even more mad. This is by far the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been . Took my daughter here for her nails painted . They told me 5 mins and took 15 to get her in . After telling me 20 times that shellac Polish is better and I didn’t want that for her I finally said yes . After starting they told me she needed a manicure and that it would be 30$ I told them no as when I came in I only wanted polish $10 then by the time I got her sitted $20 . I told them I can do the cuticle cut myself at home and I didn’t need them to charge me $10 for that . Then they all started fighting . So unprofessional will not go back.

If I could this one star it would be! I got racially profiled. The women there was making racialism remarks. Hurt my nails. Treated my nail bed like dirt. Tried to promote her business but I couldn’t take picture. Made me super uncomfortable. I would never come here again even if they say they would changed . Super over charged for a FRENCH NAIL! I can get a better price down town !
