Studio B Fitness YEG - Whitemud Crossing offers a variety of group classes, including rebounder, barre, and fusion classes. The studio is run by two inspiring sisters and has friendly instructors who provide options to accommodate all fitness levels. The barre classes, both in-person and online, are popular and led by easy-to-follow instructors. A rebounder class is a great option for those starting exercise again after an injury, as it allows for a fun, energizing workout at one's own pace.
They are doing Pop up now (see website for information) They're still in business
Over 30, start having knee pain but want to maintain the body. Try @studiobyeg
They offer many different types of classes But the one I went to is called #SOARBounce
Looks easy but actually takes a lot more core muscles than you thought would be.
My calves feel burning after 10 mins, but the instructor keeps motivating you, that's the good side of group exercise
Grippy socks are required but if you don't have them. Instructors can lend you one. Or just go barefoot.
If you search on google map, it said the business closed down, actually, they're doing pop-up everywhere in the city.… read full review

I love the group classes here! This is the only studio in Edmonton that offers rebounder classes, and you can choose classes that revolve around the rebounder, barre or a fusion of the two. The studio is run by two sisters who are inspiring and go out of their way to make sure you have a fun workout. All the instructors are friendly and provide options so that no matter where you are at, you will be able to work out. Give this studio a go, you won't regret it.

I just had my first SOAR class after 3 years of no exercise due to a foot problem. A friend recommended to try a rebounder and after some research, I found Studio B. I couldn't keep up with the rest of the class but was encouraged to go at my own pace, which I did. I had so much fun, and for the rest of the day felt totally energized. Absolutely loved it : )
