“Great atmosphere, clean, one studio with infrared heat. Variety of classes including Pilates, Barre, and an intense "Fast and Furious" class - not for beginners! My favorite is "Hot Yoga Rise & Shine" with Christine or Lindsay, "Warm Yoga and Core", and "Hot Freedom Flow" with Olivia. Lots of great instructors.I wish there were more showers but two for one studio is actually decent.“

“I love the group classes here! This is the only studio in Edmonton that offers rebounder classes, and you can choose classes that revolve around the rebounder, barre or a fusion of the two. The studio is run by two sisters who are inspiring and go out of their way to make sure you have a fun workout. All the instructors are friendly and provide options so that no matter where you are at, you will be able to work out. Give this studio a go, you won't regret it.“
