Took my car in to have it fixed after a hit and run in Millwoods. Spoke to a lovely lady at Simply,she gave me a quote had my car in a week later. Picked up my car 3 days later and it was beautiful
The service was excellent. They kept us informed and work was completed earlier than expected. Totally happy with the completed
repair. I would happily choose them again when needed.
Simplicity was very good at getting my car in and getting it fixed , but not very good at explaining the extra charges that was there , even when we went to pay they just told us how much and never explained the extra charges , I had to email my insurance and get him to investigate them then he phone me and told me , they need to be a lot more up front with the charges .
