Steve Doak (Silver Spike construction) is trustworthy, personable, reliable, knowledgeable, skilled and very experienced. He has many years of experience on multiple different projects. He renovated my basement and I couldn't be happier. The end result exceeded my expectations and the price was extremely reasonable. He had the expertise to manage many different facets of the renovation (framing, electrical, plumbing) with confidence.
Steven is renovating our house which was built in the late 70's. At the same time he is doing inspection and checking/replacing worn, outdated installtions. I find he reliable,honest, hardworking, ethical and aware of affordability. he is doing a great job.
