ShiftGrit is a awesome place. The therapists are top notch and always there to help with questions you may have. My experience with them was amazing. The founder really cares about people and the richness of community. I recommend ShiftGrit to any one who wishes to explore more about themselves to maintain their mental health.
I have always wanted to go to therapy but the thought of selecting a therapist was overwhelming and intimidating. At ShiftGrit, I filled out a questionnaire and was matched with a psychologist based on my needs. I am so happy & grateful that I was matched with Aneesha. With Shift’s unique protocol, we worked through my limiting belief. I feel so much better and am now able to view life with a new perspective.
