I had my hair color appointment on May 16 at 1:45 PM, and I am extremely disappointed with both the results and the service. I showed a photo of the exact color I wanted—a mocha brown shade—but the stylist gave me a much lighter brown color that looked golden instead. It felt like my request was ignored and a color was chosen based on what the stylist preferred rather than what I asked for. What makes this even more disappointing is that I paid around $300 for this service. After only 15 days, the color has already faded significantly, and my hair has turned very golden and brassy. For that price, I expected a professional result that would last much longer. The service itself was also poor. My hair was not washed properly, even after I asked twice, and my ears were left covered in hair dye. When I called to express my concerns, I was met with an argumentative attitude instead of an apology or an attempt to resolve the issue. Paying $300 for a hair color that doesn't match the requested shade, fades within two weeks, and comes with poor customer service is unacceptable. This was one of the worst salon experiences I've had, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon.

We’ve come twice now and both times we had Mo do my sons cut. I bring a photo to show him what we would like and he does exactly that. He’s so good with our son (5) and treats him to a candy after. So far we are enjoying the experience here with Mo and look forward to coming back every for weeks to freshen up!

Customer service good and whatever. Been going there for YEARS. I always love my hair except this one woman does it horrible and I asked for bangs twice within 2 year span. Same woman did it. I hate it everytime I’d rather cut my own hair. Never going there again for my hair. Sad to say that after years but this woman can never do it right and I’m always put with her.

If you’re ever thinking about going blonde, I cannot recommend shadified enough. Rana is truly amazing at what she does. The attention to detail, the care, and the skill they have with blondes is on another level there. My fiancé and I haven’t gone anywhere else for 10+ years now.
Not only did I leave with the most beautiful hair, but I also got so much helpful advice on how to properly care for and maintain it. It makes such a difference knowing how to treat your hair the right way after a big transformation like this.
Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had—thank you again for making me feel so confident and taken care of ✨
