First time for a tattoo and Jodie was a total rockstar to work with today!
I had a reference of a pinup style tattoo she did back in 2023 that I absolutely love and wondered if we could do something in a similar aesthetic and energy (but with some variations).
The process of seeing the art for the first time was super cool: She's got an ipad with a drawing software that allows her to switch different layers on and off so you can see a few different options she drew for the piece (like clothing, hair style, etc), and was super helpful to a first-timer to feel confident in the process. Had a poor experience with a competitor, decided to move down the street to Shades of Grey and couldn't have been happier with my experience. Had 2 sessions with Mac and both were excellent. Mac was helpful with tattoo design and easy to work with. I got 4 smaller tattoos and all came out amazing. Shades of Grey is a clean, comfortable environment. I will be happy to recommend Mac to my friends and family.
I've been going to Jodie for some time. My last tattoo I've had an idea to get done for over a year now. I brought the idea to her and not only did she deliver, but blew my expectations out of the water. Couldn't be happier. The building is clean, the staff is cool, there isn't much better than this. Thanks Jodie for the absolute stellar work that I now have forever!
